All employees must obtain a State Criminal History Report, a Federal Criminal History Report, and a Child Abuse Clearance.

State Criminal History Report

This report can be completed on the Pennsylvania State Police website. The online record check cost $22.00 and will display a summary listing of the Record Check Results. Please submit a copy of this certificate to the PMOIU2 Office.
